Just like many other creators, Kaitlyn Siragusa, commonly known as Amouranth, realized that the digital space was growing faster than she could keep up with on her own. So she hired an assistant— and when she saw the drastic increase of productivity one could provide, she hired another, and another after that. Soon a team was fully formed, and the Amouranth brand as a whole skyrocketed in both productivity and profitability. And from that, the idea was born— what if she could take the team she had trained, and provide the same services to other creators in the space?

Once Amouranth had an established team, the goal was simple: find other creators in the space in need of a trustworthy and dependable support network, and provide that service to them. And thus, Real Work was born, and we have since made it our mission to help creators manage their platforms, scheduling, content creation and more.
